Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality regional specialties. As these are natural agricultural products, slight variations in aroma, color, or texture may occur between different batches.
Compliance: All food products sold are sourced and packed in compliance with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations.
Accuracy: We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices and declarations accurate. If a product you receive does not match its description, you can return it for a replacement or full refund under our Refund Policy. Colours in photos can vary slightly with your screen.
Pricing and Payments
Prices: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mudigere/Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. This does not affect your right as a consumer to file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission, including the one where you live or work, or to use our grievance process described in the Refund Policy.
