For Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we have a no return policy on all our products. After placing an order, a customer can cancel/change the order within 24 hours by emailing us at hello@malenaduspecials.com (In case a payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated within 4–5 working days.)

In case of receiving a defective unit, please email us at hello@malenaduspecials.com with your order number and choose for refund/replacement.
