This Cookie Policy explains how Malenadu Specials (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on malenaduspecials.com. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and your browser’s local storage. Some are needed for the shop to work. Others help us understand visits or show you relevant ads.
The cookies we use

|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps your cart, runs checkout, keeps your login secure, remembers your cookie choice and your country/currency. | Shopify (our store platform) | No — the shop cannot work without these |
| Preferences | Remembers products you viewed and your wishlist, and review-widget settings. These are stored in your own browser. | Our theme; Judge.me (product reviews) | Yes |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages and products are used, so we can improve the site. Examples: _shopify_y, _shopify_s, _ga, _ga_*. |
Shopify; Google Analytics | Yes |
| Marketing | Measures our ads and helps show you relevant ads on other sites. Examples: _fbp (Meta Pixel) and Google’s shopping and ads tags. |
Meta (Facebook/Instagram); Google | Yes |
Shopify publishes the full list of cookies its platform uses at shopify.com/legal/cookies. The exact cookies can change when these services update their software.
Your choices
- When you first visit, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics, marketing and preference cookies. Nothing in those categories should run until you choose.
- You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout will not work.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
