This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Malenadu Specials, we strive to bring the authentic flavors of the Malenadu region to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or regional lockdowns.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

• Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
• Orders only ship Monday through Saturday.
  
• Shipments to Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura can take up to 2 Weeks.  

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
