Where do your products come from?
We take great pride in the authenticity of our products. A significant portion of our collection, including our signature coffee and spices, is sourced directly from our farm in the Horanadu region.
To offer you a wider variety of regional specialties, we also partner with trusted nearby farms in our region. By sourcing locally from our own land and our neighbors, we ensure that every product—from the hills of the Western Ghats to your kitchen—is farm-fresh, ethically harvested, and carries the true, unadulterated essence of Malenadu.
How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee and spices?
Freshness is our priority. Our coffee is roasted in small batches to preserve its aroma, and our spices are ground and packed shortly before dispatch.
We use specialized moisture-resistant packaging to ensure that the products reach you with their natural oils and potency intact.
Is your business FSSAI certified?
Yes, Malenadu Specials is fully compliant with food safety standards. Our FSSAI registration number is 21217055000117, ensuring that every product you buy meets strict quality and hygiene guidelines.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Within Karnataka: 3–4 business days.
Metro Cities (Rest of India): 3–5 business days.
Other regions: 5–8 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@malenaduspecials.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We will immediately process a replacement or a refund.
Can I place a bulk order for my business or event?
Absolutely! We cater to bulk requirements for restaurants, cafes, and gifting for special occasions.

How should I store the spices and coffee to keep them fresh?
To maintain the best flavor, we recommend transferring the products into airtight glass or stainless steel containers immediately after opening.
Store them in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, www.malenaduspecials.com ships only within India.
